Description
Today, EPOCA is more than a simple alternative to USB. In fact, it offers far greater benefits in comparison to the traditional solution in terms of:

Where the traditional USB system only provides data history, EPOCA enables the user to manage food safety in real time:
- Real-time remote display of temperature data for each piece of equipment they own
- Real-time remote alarm/alert in the event of malfunction of one or more pieces of equipment (sent by e-mail)
- Temperature settings can be altered remotely if they have been inadvertently maladjusted
- Real-time, up-to-date availability of all operating data (up to three months of historical data) No more “black hole” between each temperature reading via the USB key
- Can be stored on a PC in Excel format at any time
